Women Experience the Outdoors: Fishing with Grandma CANCELLED A beginner fishing lesson for ladies and their grand-kids ages 6 and up. Learn equipment basics, knot tying, fish identification and casting techniques followed by on-the-pond fishing. This is a Free Fishing Day, so no license is required. Registration and payment are required by Monday, April 16. -

Cache In-Trash Out (CITO) CANCELLED Help celebrate Earth Day! CITO is an environmental initiative supported by geocachers worldwide. A special geocaching course will be set up for the day. Bring gloves, bug repellent and a dish to pass for a potluck lunch. A short intro to geocaching will be given. Registration is required by Wed. April 18. -

Girls Ambitious about Learning Science (GALS) Calling all 5th-8th grade girls! Come enjoy a day of outdoor science fun with hands-on, feet stomping learning experiments led by women scientists from the University of Notre Dame, I U South Bend and Saint Mary's College. Lunch and snacks provided during the program. Registration and payment are required by Monday, April 16.
